Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all microblading /powder ombre brow appointments. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Touch-Up:

Touch up rates is for current clients only. If brows were previously tattooed elsewhere, regular rates apply. Touch-up sessions should be booked between 6-8 weeks after initial appointment. This session is crucial for the best results. Touch-up between 6-8 weeks after initial appointment is complimentary, otherwise, regular touch-up rates will be applied. Additional Touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.

Balance:

Remaining balance will be due at your appointment.

Previously tattooed brows:

If you have had eyebrows previously tattooed and/or microbladed, we also request that you email clear photos of your brows for approval. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last eyebrow tattoo/microblading and how many sessions you received. Note an additional charge will be added for correction/cover ups.

No guests please:

Microblading/Powder Ombre is open by appointment only. Due to the nature of the detailed artistic services, I kindly request that you respect the 'No Guest' policy and arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Only those with appointments are allowed in. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping centers nearby, if your guest(s) wishes to wait for you to complete your procedure.

Lateness:

Guest should arrive on time to their scheduled appointments to get settled in and take before photos and go through any questions. Please familiarize yourself with the location and parking options. I have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. I cannot and will not rush my work. Being late will create a delay on the schedule and is unfair to other clients. Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic, parking, or any other personal emergency. Late arrivals will be cancelled and will lose your deposit.  An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling:

Please allow 72 or more hours notice when rescheduling your appointment. If you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, your payment will be forfeited. You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 times. If you wish to reschedule for the 3rd time, additional deposits will be required to schedule your appointment.

Cancellations:

Deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your appointment, or do not show up to your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 72 hours notice.
